Kit Combine Salamandre + Caméléon

Double motor pump unit with pneumatic or manual valves for the dosage of wetting/foaming agents and foam concentrate, Foam : 1 to 6 % for a pre-mixed flow up to 3 000 l/min, Wet additive : 0,1 to 1 % for a pre-mixed flow up to 2 400 l/min.

Characteristics

• Double motor pump unit with pneumatic or manual valves for the dosage of wetting/foaming agents and foam concentrate, integrating the following systems:
• CAMELEON : Dosage using a 12 or 24 l/min volumetric piston pump driven by a 24V electric motor. This system allows the precise dosage of wetting/foaming additives with concentrations from 0.1 to 1%, for a premixture flow rate of 150 to 2400 l/min.
• SALAMANDRE : Dosage using a 120 or 180 l/min volumetric piston pump driven by an auxiliary diesel engine (fuel & electricity supplied from the rigid) or by a hydraulic motor. This system allows dosage of the foam concentrate with concentrations from 1 to 6%, for a premixture flow rate of 300 to 3000 l/min.

• Efficiency
  The COMBINE KIT is the only compact standalone device for making foaming solutions (Classes A or B) with output higher than 2000 l/min. This equipment uses the latest CTD technologies for automatic additive dosage from a vehicle tank or outside source. Dosage can be adjusted from 0.1 to 6%. COMBINE KIT also has an option for filling vehicle tanks with additive from ground level or transferring additives to a point of attack.
• Compact and reassuring
  COMBINE KIT has a simple, ergonomically-designed control panel so that firemen can operate it quickly to produce the right amount of foam. It can be built into all types of civil, military and industrial ”foam” vehicles. COMBINE KIT is made in a manual valve version or, for greater ease of use, a driven valve version.
