Advantage of the Salamandre

• Fire-fighting far away from the hazardous area (> 200 m).
  The Salamandre automatic dosage system can be placed at any point along the line, allowing positioning far away from the hazardous area and making supply operations simpler and safer. This dosage solution is often used between 1000 and 2000 m from the hazardous area.
• Recognized reliability
  Unlike a Venturi system, the Salamandre system's design makes it possible to use water loaded with particles (gravel) without clogging. Whatever the type of foam concentrate and its viscosity, the Salamandre regulates injection thanks to the quality of its volumetric piston-type pump.
• Rapid deployment
  The simplicity of the connection of the Salamandre to the fire extinguishing network allows the replacement of several nozzles. As soon as the “Top Mousse” is activated, the premixture is created automatically and immediately.
• No head losses
  Unlike a conventional proportioner, the Salamandre allows long deployment lengths with no head loss, since the premixture is made through pressurized injection, there by facilitating network pressure calculation.
